The Corporation for Public Broadcasting 2nd Annual National Leaders Meeting


Angel Enterprises was chosen among several prominent, competing firms to be entrusted with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting’s 2nd Annual National Leaders Meeting – the most significant of its’ events all year.  Angel was tasked with creating an exciting conference that would connect, engage and inspire attendees while introducing them to CPB’s newest signature program, the MySource public awareness initiative.  The 2nd Annual National Leaders Meeting was also an historic event within the public broadcasting system, since it brought together for the first time key players from across the country who were members of both the public radio and public television communities.
Our team successfully produced several large-scale events and a series of breakout sessions over a three day period that integrated and highlighted the merits of both public radio and public television, showcased CPB’s enthusiasm for its new initiative, and engaged all attendees through creative event style, management and flawless event planning fundamentals.   The meeting was a great success; the MySource initiative had an important and informative launch, attendees were inspired to move forward utilizing and strengthening the new relationships they forged, and the event highlighted the important role public broadcasting plays as a valuable resource in our communities.
